Terms of Service

Celebrari (celebrari.love) is a shared-memory service operated by Celebrari (“we”, “us”). The Common Sky is free to browse and contribute to. A creator can also purchase a Private Sky for one moment; guests take part through their phone browser. These terms use two roles:
By purchasing a Private Sky or contributing to either sky, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Celebrari provides a free Common Sky and paid Private Sky packages. A Private Sky includes a shareable link, text and photo contributions, voice notes up to 30 seconds, moderation, and package-dependent live, recap, export and media-retention features. Guests use a browser; there is no guest account or app to install.
Everything we sell is 100% digital. Nothing is shipped. Share cards and exports are files you download or share yourself.
The service evolves. We may add, change, or retire individual features over time, provided the changes do not materially remove the core of what you purchased for the active package.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Private Sky. Guests should be at least 16 years old to submit content. Creators are responsible for sharing their sky appropriately, including when minors contribute (see Section 7).
The price and plan are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record: they collect payment, issue receipts, calculate and remit applicable sales tax and VAT, and handle payment disputes with your card issuer. Your payment is also governed by Lemon Squeezy’s terms at lemonsqueezy.com/terms. We receive an order confirmation and limited details (such as your email and an order reference) so we can create your sky and send your links. We never see your full card details. Private Sky purchases are one-time payments; any future preservation extension is shown separately before checkout.
Your Private Sky is created and made available within minutes of payment. By purchasing, you ask us to begin providing the service immediately. Because the service is delivered right away, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds once your sky has been created, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If something goes wrong on our side - for example, you are charged but your sky is never created - contact us at hello@celebrari.love within 48 hours and we will investigate and put it right.
Your sky and its messages are intended to stay available for the operational life of the service. Where we say content stays up “forever”, we mean for as long as we operate Celebrari, not as an eternal or absolute guarantee. If we ever discontinue Celebrari, we will make reasonable efforts to give creators advance notice and a way to export their content first.

These rules apply to everything submitted to a sky - messages, names, photos and voice notes - by creators and guests alike. You agree not to submit content that:
Submissions pass through automated moderation, and we may review content manually. We are a hosting service for content submitted by creators and guests; we do not pre-screen every item and we are not the author of user content.
Creators can hide and unhide contributions at any time. In addition, we may hide, remove, restrict, or disable access to any content or entire sky that violates these terms or creates safety, harassment, privacy, legal, or abuse concerns. Where a sky is removed for a serious breach, we may do so without a refund.
To report content that is illegal, infringes your rights (including copyright), contains your personal information, or harasses you, email hello@celebrari.love with a link and enough detail to find it. For copyright complaints, include the work concerned, your rights in it, and a statement that your complaint is made in good faith. We review reports promptly and act where appropriate, including removing content and, for repeat infringers, ending access.
You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting content to a sky, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it solely to operate and provide the service - in the sky, live view, recap, share previews and exports for the creator. You also grant the creator permission to download and keep the content you contribute to their sky. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to anyone. You confirm the content is yours or that you have the right to submit it.
The Celebrari name, the site, its design, its software, and its content (excluding user content) belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or build a competing service from them, except where the law expressly allows it.
Celebrari was designed and developed independently. Digital guestbooks, shared-memory skies, live screens and private media tools are a broad, long-established product category offered by many unrelated companies, and general product ideas of this kind are not owned by any one provider. We make no claim to any third party’s trademarks, code, content, or designs, and we do not copy them.
Where our site or blog references third-party products by name (for example in comparison articles), those names are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the products discussed. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement exists in either direction. Comparison content reflects our good-faith understanding of publicly available information at the stated date of writing and is opinion where it is not fact. If you own a referenced product and believe something is inaccurate or outdated, contact us and we will review and correct it promptly.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. Live sharing depends on conditions we do not control: internet capacity, screens, guest devices and local network restrictions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation while a sky is being shared, and we are not responsible for how people react to content placed in it.
We rely on third-party providers (payment, database, storage, email, hosting, analytics) and are not responsible for failures caused by them or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages, strikes, and acts of government or nature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; for lost profits or disruption to a gathering; for emotional distress caused by user content; or for loss of data you chose not to export within the retention windows described above. Our total liability for all claims arising from a Private Sky is limited to the amount you paid us for that sky.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
If you are a creator, you agree to cover reasonable losses and claims we face arising from your sky, from content you or your guests submit, from your failure to inform contributors or the people your sky names, or from your breach of these terms or the law. This does not apply to losses caused by our own breach or fault.
We may suspend or remove a sky or control that breaches these terms, creates risk for us or others, or that we must remove by law. You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your sky (see the Privacy Policy for how data requests work).
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes affecting purchased skies we will make reasonable efforts to notify creators by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the service, with notice to creators.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If you use the service as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
